Last Thursday I exchanged Songkran greetings with Surin Charnyapornpong.
Yesterday I received an email telling me that he has passed away last Friday.
Apparently he passed away in his sleep.
Imagine how shocked I was!
Khun Surin worked for IBM Thailand for over 25 years holding various executive positions in Financial Services Sector and Global Business Services.
His last position was Project Executive of Thanachart Bank.
During his time in IBM, Khun Surin distinguished himself among his coworkers with his pleasant manner and high-quality performance.
He was a valued member of IBM Thailand.
Rest well, my friend. You will be fondly remembered.
