Spanish at Serenity

Some notable dishes (Paella Arroz Negro, Paella Valenciana, and a suckling pig) when we dined at VivoCity’s Serenity on October 1 to celebrate the belated birthday of my daughter Jin; place was noisy as hell – they shouldn’t call it “Serenity” – food was pricey, but service was good, especially that young waiter from Sikkim; he was exceptional.

See the last picture below – the crackling suckling pig was crispy enough to be “cut” with a little plate, which, the birthday girl later smashed into smithereens, in keeping with tradition:
