My dad was waiting in line to use the ATM – he had his PIN repeating in his head – when the person in front of him turned around and asked him a question.

Immediately after that, he could not recall his PIN.

He tried various combinations of numbers but tried as he did, he just couldn’t recall his PIN.

He had to go to the bank to get a new one.

Memory’s a funny thing.

My friend in Thailand Dr Jindanuwat once told me that every time she goes on vacation she is unable to recall all the passwords in her laptop when she gets back to work.

Memory’s a funny thing.

With age I find myself forgetting things and remembering those things that don’t really matter.

How long have I been having this problem?

What problem?
