The Dieu Cay is a bamboo water pipe from Vietnam that can be up to half a meter (about 1.8ft) long. I purchased about 30 of these during a recent trip to Hanoi. They cost like two US dollars each. Gave them all away. They make great conversation starters. Of course the more elaborately-decorated ones are sold at tourist traps and can cost an arm and a leg. Stay away from those places. Get them from the local markets instead.
