In February, crows attacked 10 people in 20 minutes in Bishan. In the same month, crow attacks were also reported in Hougang. Last month, the same thing happened in Serangoon.
Crow attacks have been a recurring issue over recent years.
The National Parks Board said earlier this year that it received an average of 3,000 to 4,000 cases of crow-related feedback each year from 2020 to 2022.
A yearly bird census by the Nature Society Singapore’s bird group, found that the crow population had more than doubled in the six years from 2015 to 2020.
