Too many restaurants deliberately give the impression they are fully booked, or impose restrictions like 90 minutes per seating, etc to con you into thinking that their food is so good the world is beating a path to their door and clueless idiots are willing to wait months to get a table.
I know the F & B business.
Trust me.
More than 3000 restaurants have closed in 2024; is this the reason why those who still run restaurants today need to resort to all kinds of dirty tricks?
