Now UOB says, just show up at a restaurant on the list with your UOB card and the redemption will take place.
That never happens.
I’ve tired; at least seven of my friends have tried. No one could use their points at those restaurants supposed to honor them.
Tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of reward points are useless if no one can use them.
If UOB is sincere in thanking their customers, then don’t make us jump through fucking hoops.
